  1. Registration and Accounts

    1. How do I choose a username?

      The email address you enter in our registration form will be used as your username. Make sure you have access to this email address so that we can send you important correspondence regarding your account with us in the future.

    2. What kind of password should I choose?

      You can choose a password or passphrase for your account:

      • Passwords must be between 8 and 20 characters long and contain one letter, one number, and one other character besides an undescore (e.g. !@#$^-.). You can find some examples of what passwords NOT to choose here.
      • Passphrases must be between 20 and 40 characters long and contain only letters and numbers. You can find some tips on how to create a passphrase here.

    3. Why do I need to enter my billing address in the WKRE shop?

      Your billing address is needed if you are purchasing products from our online shop. The billing address is the address that you have on record with your credit card company. If you are paying by check, this is the address that you have on record with your financial institution. If you do not plan on purchasing products from our online store, then it is not necessary to enter address information.

  2. WKRF Products

    1. What are the requirements to run WKRF spreadsheets?

      WKRF product requirements can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

    2. How can I prove that I am a student in order to receive a discount?

    3. Register with your student email address. Once your account has been verified/activated and you have purchased your products, you can change your email address (since colleges and universities tend to delete email accounts once students have graduated).

  3. General Questions

    1. How can I contact WKRE?

      • Send us an email from our contact us form
      • Email us directly at wireandkloud at gmail dot com

  4. Error Messages

    1. Either the login information did not match our records, or you have not activated your account yet.

      Make sure that you:

      • are using the email address that you used to register your account as your username
      • are entering your correct account password. Passwords are case-sensitive
      • have activated your account by clicking on the link we sent to your email address. If you are missing or have not received your activation email yet, please contact us

    2. You could not be registered due to a system error. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please try again later.

      The system was unable to save your registration information, so please try again later. If this is not the first time you have received this message, please contact us.

    3. Your account could not be activated. Please re-check your activation link or contact Wire and Kloud Ready Enterprises.

      If you waited too long to activate your account, it may have been disabled and/or deleted. Also, make sure that you are not missing any characters in the activation link if you are copying and pasting the activation URL into your address bar. If you are still unable to activate your account, please contact us to have a new activation link sent to your email address.

    1. Does this website use cookies?

      Yes. Cookies are used by our website to maintain secure session information while you are browsing our website or purchasing products from our online store. More information can be found in our Privacy and Security Policy.

    2. What kinds of information does this website collect?

      Please refer to the Collected Information section of our Privacy and Security Policy.

    3. What will the information collected by this website be used for?

      Information that is collected by the WKRE website may be used for:

      • Contacting current customers
      • Maintaining secure browsing sessions
      • Evaluating, reviewing, and improving website performance and layout
      • Modifying website administration practices and policies

    4. Can I view information that is collected about me?

      WKRE can not uniquely identify you by the information that we collect, unless this information has been provided to us by you, or this information can be viewed through your WKRE account page.

    5. How long are certain types of information kept?

      Customer account information will be actively retained during the duration of customer registration, and retained for a period of up to four (4) years after termination of your agreement with WKRE. See FAQ 5.1.

      Other information gathered by WKRE will only be kept as required and will be destroyed as quickly as possible. See FAQ 5.2.
