Privacy and Security Policy

The terms "you", "your", and "customer" are used to refer to persons who purchase and/or request products and/or services from Wire and Kloud Ready Enterprises ™. The term "item" refers to any device or piece of equipment that will have service conducted upon it after being left in the possession of Wire and Kloud Ready Enterprises ™.

Please read the Privacy and Security Policy (PSP) carefully. By using the products and/or services offered by Wire and Kloud Ready Enterprises ™, you agree to be bound by the PSP written below. The PSP is subject to change at any time. Any changes to the PSP will be incorporated to the older versions from time to time. It is advisable to print or save a copy of the PSP for your records.

Wire and Kloud Ready Enterprises ™ will be from here on referred to as WKRE.

  1. Privacy and Security Policy

    WKRE is committed to maintaining the confidentiality, security, and integrity of any personal information that you may provide to WKRE. WKRE is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of its customers, and WKRE believes that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. Please contact WKRE if you have any questions about this PSP.

    1. Collected Information

      WKRE may collect some of your personal information such as your name, billing address, mailing address, phone number, and email address. The information that is provided to WKRE will be cataloged and used for contact purposes only. WKRE does not collect and store any more information about you than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service securely and efficiently.

      By providing WKRE with your email address, you agree to be a participant in any electronic activity between WKRE and the email address that you provide. Your phone number may only be used to contact you if any issues arise during or regarding email correspondence, to confirm service dates and times, and/or for any other reason that WKRE may deem necessary in order to facilitate business with you. Your mailing address may only be used to deliver products and/or services to you.

      If any of the information that you provide WKRE changes for any reason, please contact WKRE so that the records may be updated.

      Your collected information will be actively retained for the duration of your registration with WKRE. Upon the termination of your agreement with WKRE, your collected information will be retained for a period of 4 (four) years in an offline, secured location for legal purposes.

      While browsing the WKRE website, our webserver may also collect information such as your IP adress, pages you have visited, your date and time of visit, the browser used to view our site, the operating system of your computer, and/or the webpage you visited prior to visting our site (referring webpage).

    2. Your Use of WKRE Products and Services

      Your right to use WKRE products is personal to you and is not transferrable by you to any other person or entity. You are entitled to use WKRE products for lawful purposes.

      You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal information to WKRE, and you may not misrepresent your information. Accurate records will allow WKRE to provide accurate and effective services to you.

    3. Your Use of the WKRE Website

      The WKRE website uses cookies to maintain session information between you and our webserver. These cookies are used to help prevent hijacking and theft of your personal and financial information while you are browsing our website or purchasing products from our online store. If your browser does not allow cookies, or if you do not agree to use a website that uses cookies, then you may not be able to view some or all of the WKRE website.

      The WKRE website may only be used for lawful purposes. Activities including, but not limited to, tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a customer, using buying agents, or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.

      Customers are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the WKRE website security, including:

      • accessing data not intended for such customer
      • using the site for unintended purposes or trying to change the site's behavior
      • attempting to probe, scan, or test system or network vulnerability, to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization
      • attempting to interfere with service to any customer, host, or network, including, but not limited to, submitting a virus to the site, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail bombing, or crashing
      • forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email
      • forging communications on behalf of the site (i.e. impersonating the WKRE site) or to the site (i.e. impersonating another customer)

      The list above is not exhaustive, nor is it detailed. Sending unsolicited and unauthorized email on behalf of WKRE, including promotions and/or advertising of products and/or services, is expressly prohibited. Such system or network security violations as outlined above may result in civil or criminal liability.

      You agree not to use any device, software, routine, or data to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the proper working of the WKRE website or any activity being conducted on this site. You agree not to use, or attempt to use, any engine, software, tool, agent, data, or other device or mechanism (including, but not limited to, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the WKRE website other than the search engine and search agents provided by WKRE, or generally public available browsers.

    4. Your Privacy is Protected

      WKRE will not share, sell, rent, distribute, or otherwise divulge your personal or financial information with anyone for any reason, except for those reasons as outlined in §1.1 and §1.8. The information that you provide to WKRE will only be used and retained as described above in §1.1.

      WKRE does not sell advertising space on our website. All external links found on WKRE webpages have been deliberately placed by WKRE for various reasons. If you visit any other webpage linked to from our website, you will then be governed by the repsective website's privacy policies.

    5. Restricted Physical Access to Cardholder Data

      The importance of protecting cardholder data is paramount. Allowing data theft or destruction, inadvertently sharing confidential information, infecting system networks with viruses, misuse of company resources, allowing the theft of company property, and allowing the compromise of private or confidential company or client information are all very real examples of what might result from a security compromise.

      • All paper that contains cardholder data will be identified and physically secured in a locked drawer or cabinet. No electronic cardholder data will ever be stored. Media containing cardholder data will be destroyed when it is no longer needed for business or legal reasons.
      • Paper materials will be shredded so that cardholder data cannot be reconstructed.
      • The general rule is that media containing cardholder data will be destroyed when over 180 days old. Exceptions to this rule must be approved by senior management.
      • Strict control will be maintained over the internal or external distribution of any kind of media that contains cardholder data. Media will be classified and clearly marked as confidential. Any media that is sent will be sent by secured courier or other delivery method that can be accurately tracked.
      • Management approval will be obtained prior to moving any and all media containing cardholder data from a secured area. Strict control will be maintained over the storage and accessibility of media that contains cardholder data. Only senior management, or their designates, will have access to media containing cardholder data.

    6. Information Security for Contractors and Services Providers

      A list of service providers will be maintained by WKRE. This list will be updated and reviewed by senior management when necessary, but at least every 180 days.

      A written agreement that includes an acknowledgement that the service providers are responsible for the security of cardholder data that the service provider possesses is required from each service provider.

      Due diligence will be performed prior to the engagement of service providers. Procedures performed will include, when possible:

      • A visit to the service provider's physical office(s) to discuss security practices and procedures with their management and staff.
      • A written statement acknowledging their responsibilities to securely process, handle, and transmit cardholder data.
      • Written proof that the service provider is PCI compliant.
      • Request reliable industry references.

      A program will be maintained to monitor service providers' PCI DSS compliance status. A request for a new compliance certificate will be requested on an annual basis from each service provider.

    7. Information Provided in Surveys

      From time to time, WKRE may ask you to participate in surveys designed to help improve product offerings and services, improve and evaluate our website, or other topics pertaining to the functionality of WKRE. The information that you provide in these surveys will be used only in relation to the particular survey and as described in the PSP.

    8. Disclosure of Your Information

      WKRE reserves the right, as authorized by you, to share or disclose your personal information when it is determined by WKRE, in its sole discretion, that the disclosure of such information is necessary or appropriate to prevent prohibited or illegal activities, or when required by any applicable law, rule, regulation, subpoena, or any other legal process.

    9. Email Communications

      If you provide correspondence to WKRE via email, and any personal information or data is contained within any email message, WKRE can not ensure or warrant the security of such information due to the public nature of the Internet. Please provide information to WKRE via email at your own risk.

      WKRE may provide correspondence to you via email in order to provide you with information as described in §1.1, or to provide customers of WKRE products with a purchase receipt. Sensitive information contained within any email message (e.g. credit card numbers) will be either fully or partially obstructed in order to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information.

      All emails will come to you from wireandkloud at gmail dot com. If you receive an email claiming to be WKRE from an email address other than the one listed here, report the email to your email provider and delete the email immediately.

    10. Children Online

      WKRE websites are for general audiences and are not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. To respect the privacy of children and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 13 should not provide any personal information while on any WKRE website. We ask that parents supervise their children while online.
